Common questions

Short answers about how the coaching works and what happens to your materials.

How does Rysora analyse my resume?

Your resume is read as text and reviewed against UX research hiring criteria — research depth, impact and outcomes, strategic thinking, leadership, AI/GenAI experience and ATS wording. You get a score, strengths, gaps and bullet-by-bullet rewrites.

Is my resume stored?

Uploaded files are turned into text in your browser for the coaching request. Rysora keeps the resulting score and recommendations when you are signed in, not a library of your original files. You can remove saved work at any time from Profile.

How does Job Match work?

Paste a job description and Rysora compares it with your resume: an overall match percentage, competency breakdown, strong matches, weaker areas, keyword coverage, and specific changes to make before you apply.

Can I delete my data?

Yes. Profile has controls to delete your saved coaching work or your whole account. Deleting the account permanently removes access to your Rysora workspace.

How accurate are the AI recommendations?

Treat them as an experienced coach's opinion, not a hiring decision. Rysora never invents outcomes for you — suggested wording uses placeholders where a real number is needed. Use the thumbs up/down under each result to tell us where it missed.

Do I need an account to try it?

No. You can run any coach as a guest. An account only adds saved scores, history, your UXR profile and the job tracker.
